This Privacy Policy explains what data DegenKit collects and how it's used.

1. We don't collect personal information to use the tools

You don't need to create an account, and we don't ask for your name, email, or other personal details to use DegenKit's token tools. You connect a wallet, and interactions happen directly between your browser and the Solana network.

2. What we do log

To keep the tools reliable, we log basic technical information about each action taken through the Service: the public wallet address used, which tool was used, the network, and whether the transaction succeeded or failed (including the transaction signature and mint address where relevant). This data:

Is tied to a public wallet address, not a real-world identity.
Is used only to monitor the Service, debug issues, and calculate fees.
Is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising.

3. Third-party services

DegenKit relies on a few third-party infrastructure providers to function:

RPC providers (e.g. Alchemy) — relay your transactions to the Solana network.
IPFS pinning (e.g. Pinata) — hosts token images and metadata you choose to upload.
Database (Supabase) — stores the action logs described above.

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices, which may involve standard web logs (like IP address) as part of normal internet infrastructure.

4. Wallet connections

Connecting your wallet shares your public wallet address with the Service. We never have access to your private keys, seed phrase, or the ability to sign transactions on your behalf.

5. Cookies and local storage

DegenKit may use your browser's local storage for basic preferences (like remembering a selected network). This is not used for cross-site tracking or advertising.

6. Your choices

Since actions are tied to a public wallet address rather than a personal account, there's no login to delete. If you have questions about data associated with a specific wallet address, contact us via the Support page.

7. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
