These Terms govern your use of DegenKit (the "Service"). By connecting a wallet or using any tool on this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. What DegenKit is

DegenKit is a set of client-side tools for creating and managing tokens on Solana (and, in the future, other chains). Every action you take — creating a token, revoking an authority, sending a transfer — is a transaction you sign yourself, sent directly from your browser to the relevant blockchain.

2. Non-custodial, no control over funds

DegenKit never holds, custodies, or has access to your private keys or funds. We do not execute transactions on your behalf without your signature. Once you sign and broadcast a transaction, it is processed by the blockchain network, not by us, and we have no ability to reverse, cancel, or refund it.

3. Fees

Some tools charge a service fee, shown before you sign, in addition to standard network fees. Fees are sent in the same transaction as the action you're taking. If a transaction fails on-chain, the fee is not charged, since it's part of the same atomic transaction.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Smart contract and blockchain interactions carry inherent risk, including but not limited to bugs, network congestion, and validator behavior outside our control.

5. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the transactions you sign, including the accuracy of addresses, amounts, and parameters you enter.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Double-check everything before signing, and test with small amounts first.
You are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations that apply to you, including any related to creating or distributing tokens in your jurisdiction.

6. Prohibited use

You agree not to use DegenKit for fraud, market manipulation, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to restrict access to the Service for anyone we reasonably believe is using it for such purposes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DegenKit and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of funds, tokens, or data.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
