How to create a Ethereum token with DegenKit

  1. Connect your wallet
    Open the Ethereum launcher and connect MetaMask, Rabby or any EIP-1193 wallet. DegenKit is non-custodial: it never sees your keys, and every action is a transaction you sign yourself.
  2. Switch to Ethereum
    If your wallet is on another network, the page asks it to switch to Ethereum. You need a little ETH to pay network gas.
  3. Choose a token type
    Pick a plain fixed-supply ERC-20 or a Tax Token with your own buy and sell tax. Both have no mint function, so the supply you set is final.
  4. Fill in name, symbol and supply
    Name and symbol become the permanent on-chain identity. Decimals are fixed at 18, the ERC-20 standard.
  5. Review the fee and sign once
    The summary shows the service fee (if any) and you confirm one transaction. When it lands, the full supply is in your wallet and the contract is verifiable on Etherscan.
